In pics: pandan cake, a dessert unique in Singapore

A pastry chef of the Pine Garden puts semi-finished pandan cakes into an oven in Singapore on Aug. 24, 2019. The pandan cake is unique in Singapore, which is made by adopting ways of western chiffon cake making with local tropical pandan leaves added as a key ingredient.
