HARBIN, June 21 (Xinhua) -- An international beer festival has begun in northeast China.
The festival is being held in the Sun Island scenic area in Harbin, capital of Heilongjiang Province. More than 100 Chinese and foreign brands of beer are being presented at the festival covering 80,000 square meters.
Tourists at the festival will be able to taste beer, experience how beer is produced and learn about beer culture.
A series of nighttime activities will be held during the festival, which will last until August.
