SARAJEVO, Jan.29 (Xinhua) -- Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) beat Switzerland 7-1 in the preliminary round for FIFA Futsal World Cup on Tuesday in Zenica, a city located 70 kilometers northwest of the capital Sarajevo.
In the "Husejin Smajlovic" arena, host team scored the first goal in the fifth minute through Nermin Kahvedzic.
The visiting team tied the score five minutes later when Noel Charrier assisted Evangelos Marcoyannakis. However, in the 12th minute, Kahvedzic scored again to build the 2-1 lead and his third goal after the interval made it 4-1.
The 2020 FIFA Futsal World Cup in Lithuania is scheduled to take place from September 12 to October 4, 2020 with 24 contenders.
