JAKARTA, Nov. 8 (Xinhua) -- Indonesia marched into the quarterfinals of the BWF World Junior Championships 2018 in Canada, after the Indonesian young shuttlers defeated their British counterparts 5-0.
This is the fourth straight game win by Indonesia as they defeated China's Macao, Mexico and Austria 5-0 in the previous group matches.
"The match with the opponent today is not very difficult," said Putri Kusuma Wardani, one of the Indonesian young shuttlers.
A total of 20 Indonesian young badminton players are taking part in the Championships taking place in Pan Am Center in Ontario.
Indonesia will play Denmark for a berth in the semifinals and they have set a target to reach the final of the tournament on November 18.
