BERLIN, July 6 (Xinhua) -- Bayern Munich have signed a professional contract with their home-grown talent Adrian Fein, the German record champions confirmed on Friday.
The 19-year-old midfielder penned a three-year deal to stay with the "Bavarians" until June 2021.
"Adrian is a home-grown Bayern talent. He has great qualities and is one of the best players of our Under-23 team. We will introduce him step by step to our first team," Bayern's sporting director Hasan Salihamidzic said.
Fein joined Bayern Munich in the summer 2007 and played his way through all youth teams.
"It is a great feeling. My first professional contact with Bayern is my confirmation of the hard work of recent years," Fein told the club's official homepage.
In the past season, Bayern Munich have wrapped up their sixth title defence in a row in the Bundesliga.
